Sacrum-Profanum jest festiwalem muzyki poważnej, organizowanym w trzecim tygodniu września w Krakowie. Festiwal po raz pierwszy odbył się w 2003 roku. Z czterodniowej imprezy obejmującej 4 koncerty rozrósł się do tygodniowego święta muzyki. Zwieńczeniem każdej edycji Festiwalu są widowiska organizowane w jednej z hal dawnej huty im. T. Sendzimira, mające na celu konfrontację klasyki z postindustrialną przestrzenią.

Od Wielkiej Środy do Niedzieli Wielkanocnej w Krakowie odbywają się koncerty i misteria paschalne, w czsie których wykonane zostały tak znaczące dzieła wokalno-instrumentalne, jak Stabat Mater Alessandro Scarlattiego, Giovanniego Battisty Pergolesiego i Antonio Vivaldiego, La passione di Gesu Cristo Signor Nostro Antonio Caldary i oratorium Gesu sotto il peso della croce Gian Francesco de Majo.
